The outcomes of the assessment and its process of multi-stakeholders’ dialogues will guide Jamaica in fostering evidence-based NDC policy making and a just transition that takes into account the impacts in different population groups, including women and youth. The Green Jobs Assessment Model will support in the measurement of the impact of climate measures as described in the NDC in particular on the economy and labour market. The GJAM will be designed in collaboration with national stakeholders to identify data needs, propose a methodology, define an implementation plan and data collection instruments.
