LEAP Albania – Lifelong Empowerment and Protection in Albania

This is a joint programme of the Government of Albania, which together with UNDP, UNICEF and ILO, aims to advance an inclusive and responsive social protection system to support individuals throughout their life cycle. ILO's support focuses on boosting employability for social assistance beneficiaries by enhancing access to decent jobs through targeted and integrated employment and skills development initiatives. This includes a substantial focus on providing integrated employment and upskilling and reskilling support, particularly in sectors like hospitality and tourism, as well as on extending decent work opportunities and social insurance systems to seasonal workers.
