Promoting social dialogue on just transition issues in North Macedonia and Montenegro

The Project seeks to strengthen social dialogue concerning just transition in North Macedonia and Montenegro, by 1) addressing selected shortcomings in existing social dialogue mechanisms, and 2) promoting the inclusion of just transition issues into social dialogue agendas. The realization of both objectives requires raising awareness and advancing the capacities of the ILO's tripartite constituents on social dialogue and inclusive and gender-responsive just transition measures. The Project responds to the Call to Action “Fostering Social Dialogue for a Just Transition to a Resilient Low-Carbon Economy” issued by the ILO and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
