Better livelihoods and human capital through improved service delivery in social protection and skills

The project focuses on building human capital for the poor and vulnerable in Cambodia by improving the delivery of the Family Protection (FP) program and supporting Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to upskill youth. Key results include better social assistance delivery through FP revisions and improved employability through TVET. The Joint Programme (JP) aligns with the Global Accelerator (GA) Roadmap, contributing to Cambodia's Jobs and Social Protection Acceleration by integrating social protection and employment to enhance workforce skills. Improving human capital can lead to formalization, expanding fiscal space and fostering inclusive economic growth.
