Provision of actuarial support services to the Health Insurance Organisation of the Republic of Cyprus

The Project provides actuarial services to support the Health Insurance Organisation in meeting its statutory responsibilities with respect to the financial governance of the Healthcare Insurance Fund and in increasing its capacity for strengthening the governance and financing of the General Healthcare System to ensure its sustainability. It includes the conduct of three annual actuarial valuation studies for the General Healthcare System Fund over the period 2025–2028, primarily aimed to assess its current and future financial position under no policy change scenario.
