  ACUTE HAZARDS PREVENTION FIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSION Not combustible. Heating will cause rise in pressure with risk of bursting.        In case of fire in the surroundings, use appropriate extinguishing media.  In case of fire: keep cylinder cool by spraying with water.

  SYMPTOMS PREVENTION FIRST AID
Inhalation Dizziness. Lethargy. Headache. Suffocation.  Use ventilation.  Fresh air, rest. Artificial respiration may be needed. Seek medical attention if you feel unwell.
Skin ON CONTACT WITH LIQUID: FROSTBITE.  Cold-insulating gloves. Protective clothing.  ON FROSTBITE: rinse with plenty of water, do NOT remove clothes. Refer for medical attention .
Eyes ON CONTACT WITH LIQUID: FROSTBITE.  Wear safety goggles or face shield.  Rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible). Refer for medical attention.

EXPOSURE & HEALTH EFFECTS

Routes of exposure

Effects of short-term exposure
Asphyxiation. The liquid may cause frostbite.

Inhalation risk
On loss of containment this substance can cause suffocation by lowering the oxygen content of the air in confined areas.

Effects of long-term or repeated exposure

OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE LIMITS

ENVIRONMENT

NOTES
High concentrations in the air cause a deficiency of oxygen with the risk of unconsciousness or death.
Check oxygen content before entering area.
Turn leaking cylinder with the leak up to prevent escape of gas in liquid state.
Other UN number 2591, Xenon, refrigerated liquid, hazard class 2.2.
