La commission prend note avec satisfaction de l'adoption, le 23 avril 1998, de la loi sur les grèves, qui garantit aux salariés de diverses entreprises, institutions, organisations et branches le droit de faire grève.

La commission soulève également un certain nombre de points dans une demande adressée directement au gouvernement.
