La commission note que le rapport du gouvernement a été reçu en septembre 2001 et que le Congrès des syndicats a soumis, en novembre 2001, des commentaires sur l’application de la convention. Elle a décidé de différer l’examen pour donner le temps au gouvernement de formuler éventuellement ses propres commentaires.
