The Committee notes with regret that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that a report will be supplied for examination by the Committee at its next session and that it will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous comments.

Repetition

The Committee notes that in 2007 the Government embarked on a process to reform the Labour Code in collaboration with the Tripartite Consultation and Arbitration Committee, and that it is awaiting proposals in this connection from employers’ and workers’ organizations. Furthermore, the Committee notes the technical assistance request submitted to the ILO in 2014 for the revision of the Labour Code. It requests the Government to provide information on all developments in this regard.
