Submission. The Committee notes that the Government does not provide information in response to the Committee’s previous request concerning the submission to the Congress of the Republic of the four instruments adopted by the Conference at its 103rd (the Forced Labour (Supplementary Measures) Recommendation, 2014 (No. 203)), 104th, 106th and 108th (the Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206)) Sessions. It recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the Congress of the Republic of the four instruments adopted by the Conference at its 103rd, 104th, 106th and 108th Sessions.
