Submission. The Committee notes that the Government has once again not replied to its previous comment. It recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission of the Employment and Decent Work for Peace and Resilience Recommendation, 2017 (No. 205), to the National Assembly. The Government is also requested once again to provide information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) and its accompanying Recommendation No. 206.
