Submission. The Committee notes with concern that the Government has yet again provided no response to its previous comments. The Committee therefore recalls once more the information provided by the Government in October 2016, indicating that 11 instruments adopted by the Conference from 2002 to 2007, were submitted to the National Assembly on 10 December 2015. The Committee once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on any actions taken by the National Assembly with respect to these submissions. At the same time, it also once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the National Assembly of the eight remaining instruments pending submission, adopted by the Conference at its 92nd, 99th, 101st, 103rd (the Forced Labour (Supplementary Measures) Recommendation, 2014 (No. 203)), 104th, 106th and 108th Sessions (2004–19). The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.

The Committee once again recalls that the Government may request the technical assistance of the Office, if it so wishes, to assist it in achieving compliance with its obligations under article 19 of the Constitution with respect to the submission to the competent authorities of the instruments adopted by the Conference.
