Submission. The Committee notes with interest the ratification by Namibia of the Violence and Harassment convention, 2019 (No. 190) on 9 December 2020. It nevertheless notes that the Government has not provided information regarding the submission of the Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206). Moreover, the Government has not provided information in response to the Committee’s previous request regarding the submission of the Forced Labour (Supplementary Measures) Recommendation, 2014 (No. 203). The Committee therefore reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the National Assembly of the Forced Labour (Supplementary Measures) Recommendation, 2014 (No. 203), adopted by the Conference at its 103rd Session. In addition, it requests the Government to provide information regarding the submission to the National Assembly of the Violence and Harassment at Work Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session.
