Submission. The Committee notes that the Government has not provided information with respect to the submission of the Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206), adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session. The Committee therefore requests the Government to provide information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, to the competent authorities.

Consultation. The Committee notes with interest the ratification by the Government of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) on 7 March 2022. The Committee requests the Government to provide information on the tripartite consultations held prior to the ratifications, as required by the Tripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention, 1976 (No. 144).
