The Committee notes the information provided by the Government, which answers the points raised in its previous direct request and has no further matters to raise in this regard.

The Committee notes that the Government refers in its report to the Recognition of Trade Unions and the Provision of Facilities Trade for Collective Bargaining Purposes Law of 2012 (Law No. 55(1)/2012) and requests it to provide a copy of that Law in its next report.
