Decision

Decision
  1. In the light of the information contained in document GB.352/INS/20/7, and taking into consideration the recommendations of its Officers, the Governing Body decided that the representation was receivable and:
    • (a) to establish a tripartite committee to examine the elements of the representation alleging non-observance of the Protection of Wages Convention, 1949 (No. 95), the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 (No. 155), and the Occupational Health Services Convention, 1985 (No. 161);
    • (b) as the representation relates to Conventions dealing with trade union rights, to refer the elements relating to non-observance of the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining Convention, 1949 (No. 98), the Labour Relations (Public Service) Convention, 1978 (No. 151), and the Collective Bargaining Convention, 1981 (No. 154), to the Committee on Freedom of Association for examination as per the procedures set out in the Standing Orders on articles 24 and 25 of the Constitution of the ILO.
