Decision
  1. In the light of the information contained in document GB.352/INS/20/10, and taking into consideration the recommendation of its Officers, the Governing Body decided:
    • (a) that the representation was receivable;
    • (b) to transmit it to the Committee on Freedom of Association for examination, as it relates to Conventions dealing with freedom of association, including as regards the alleged violations of the Tripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention, 1976 (No. 144);
    • (c) to grant a suspension of the examination of the merits of the representation under the conditions set out in article 5(1) of the Standing Orders concerning the procedure for the examination of representations under articles 24 and 25 of the Constitution, in view of the agreement expressed by the parties to participate in voluntary conciliation.
