Collective Bargaining Convention, 1981 (No. 154) - San Marino (Ratification: 1995)

Articles 1 and 5 of the Convention. Promotion of collective bargaining in the different branches of economic activity. The Committee requests the Government to provide updated information on the practice of collective bargaining both in the private sector and in the public administration.
