Repetition The Committee takes note of a brief report, received in May 2011, indicating that statistical information on the activities of the public employment service will be sent to the ILO in a future report. The Committee refers to its comments on the application of the Employment Policy Convention, 1964 (No. 122), and would appreciate detailed information enabling it to examine the manner in which the public employment service contributes to the best possible organization of the employment market as an integral part of the national programme for the achievement and maintenance of full employment and the development and use of productive resources (Article 1(2) of the Convention). It also invites the Government to include in its next report, as in the past, statistical information on the number of public employment offices established, the number of applications for employment received, the number of vacancies notified and the number of persons placed in employment by the Tunisian Employment Agency (Part IV of the report form).
