Failure to submit. The Committee notes with regret that the Government has yet again provided no response to its previous comments. It therefore recalls once more the information provided previously by the Government, indicating that the instruments adopted by the Conference at its 94th, 95th, 96th, 100th, 101st, 103rd and 104th Sessions were submitted to the competent authorities, indicating the dates of submission of the instruments concerned. Nevertheless, the Committee once again reiterates its request that the Government clarify whether the 10 instruments adopted by the Conference at its 94th, 95th, 96th, 100th, 101st, 103rd and 104th Sessions were submitted to both the Council of Ministers and to the Consultative Council (Majles Al’Shura). The Committee also urges the Government to communicate information on the submission of the Employment and Decent Work for Peace and Resilience Recommendation, 2017 (No. 205), adopted at the 106th Session of the Conference, and the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session, to the Council of Ministers and to the Consultative Council. The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
