Comments and Observations: | Govt. of Mongolia (24 February 2015) Mongolia Marad informed that they, through the Mongolia Ship Registry in Singapore, tried to contact the vessel owner in Singapore for the explanation on the situation and for delivering letter urging rapid settlement of the case and warning the possibility of the court action in case it is not settled.
