Comments and Observations: | ITF (16 November 2017) Vessel have fuel oil left for one week (till 22-11-17) Crew needs fresh vegetables (Will be arranged by port)
Vessel is on a private berth and this company is anti-union so difficult to board the vessel.
ITF (17 November 2017) P&I/Abandonment Insurer: Raets Marine the P&I gave notice of cancellation(09-10-2017), but the claim(01/11/2017) was made within the 30 day period.
ITF (15 June 2018) Following recent correspondence from the flag State about the vessel, Pomor Trader, I have received an update from our inspector in Rotterdam.
We understand that most of the outstanding fees have now been paid thanks to responsible actions of the P&I club. The vessel was auctioned in March and the money is now in an escrow account. There are apparently some difficult creditors which has caused some delays, but the crew are expected to receive their money soon.
Best, Katie
