Payment status: | 22 March 2022: Partially paid Repatriation and payment of four months paid by MLC financial provider, Gard P & I in March 2017. ITF had also informed Singapore that it had, as Flag State, done its part. There are no further actions expected from the flag State.

Comments and Observations: | ITF (15 January 2018) The crew is pursuing their claim for unpaid wages from 21 February to date of repatriation through a private lawyer
Other (9 March 2018) On 5 March 2018, the vessel was inspected by the PSCOs and it was verified that there are only Brazilian crew on board.
Govt. of Singapore (4 August 2022) The vessel was de-registered from the Singapore flag on 28 Nov 2017 after MPA took action. MPA also informed me that they were notified by ITF that as the flags state, Singapore had done its part and ITF did not require any further action from the Singapore flag.
