The crew has been left abandoned without provisions & fresh water, several of them request medical attention. There is a claim of wages for almost two months, all of them are over contract and have repeatedly requested their repatriation. One of them is on board over a year. Most of ships certificates are expired; crew claims to have been left for over two months isolated without satellite connection because the company didn’t pay it. |

Govt. of Panama (6 January 2023) In response to your communication of inclusion to the Database of the vessel TERESA”, with IMO No. 9175016 (Flag of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines), I proceed to inform you that the Panama Maritime Authority carried out a PSC Inspection, on December 29, 2022, resulting in the detention of the aforementioned vessel. The results of such inspection were duly notified to the Flag of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, on January 03, 2023.
