The charterer has today come back
saying that the seafarers are lying but we have no means to confirm the actual situation as the crew cannot be contacted.

Katie, based on this email from ISWAN the reporting authority and the one I have just received and you have also just been sent by INSA which I will copy onto ILO / IMO are you comfortable for this case now to be closed off on the database. Is there anything else you would need closing off to do this .
