This case was reported by Capt.Pratheek Reddy, Moisés De Gracia -IMO Panama Representative and ITF, due to the abandon of the crewmembers, owing 21 months of salaries, and lacking of food, water and meds. The vessel is located
in Sharjah Hamriyah, Dubai, EAU.
Mr. Mohamed Arrachedi - ITF was contacted through Email offering repatriation, however it is striking to them how the outstanding salaries will be covered.

The crew have all been repatriated but there is no documented evidence from the company that any outstanding wages were paid after repatriation. Disputed.
