Through Email dated August 15, 2018, the Captain (initial complainant) and the Registered Agent provided this Administration a confirmation of payment, and that the repatriation was been taken care.
Through Email dated August 08, 2019, we informed of payments made, and requested that the Database is updated with this information.

We have not been able to communicate any further with the crew. It has not been possible for us to verify if the outstanding wages have been paid

We have written to the ILO to set the status of this case to disputed, as we have lost contact with the crew and therefore cannot verify if all outstanding wages were received
