From Ministry of Transport and Communications
The local manning SRPS company is cooperating with the respective manning company, ship owner and respective organizations to settle their salaries and to repatriate these seafarers to Myanmar.

November 2021, Signed an agreement between owner & crew, Paid part of wage (amount not yet provided) and 16 crew were repatriated by 18th November 2021. 3 crew stay on board and await government to allow new crew to board.

Even though the owner paid the outstanding wages and repatriation expenses, and repatriated the crew members to their home country, the abandonment case is still being registered in the ILO database as disputed.
Therefore, would you kindly clarify whether any disputes left to solve between the owner and crew members?
The owner is requesting deletion from our registry.

To the Representative of the Government of Mongolia: The claims of the crewmembers that gave rise to this vessel being placed on the IMO/ILO Joint Database on Abandonment of Seafarers have now been settled.

THIS IS M/V.SHUI JING LING (IMO-8627309). I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT WHEN THE VESSEL WILL BE REMOVED FROM IMO/ILO JOINT DATABASE ON ABANDONMENT OF SEAFARERS.BECAUSE COMPANY ALREADY CLAIMED THE WAGES.PLEASE REMOVE IT FROM IMO/ILO JOINT DATABASE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The shipowner has paid (all in) US$172,926 (wages and quarantine fee) on February 24,2022 and letter from ITF informing the full amount received.

23rd March 2022 we distributed the money to the crew.
