Govt. of Panama (17 January 2023) The vessel remains abandoned in the port of Bombay Anchorage, India. Claim for ten ( I 0) seafarers (3 months salary).
By email dated December 13, 2022, the owner and the resident agent were notified and a response is awaited. To know the current state of the vessel, we request a flag status inspection.
ITF (7 March 2023) The crew received their wages until 25th November 2022. Despite advice to the contrary they have decided to trust that the company will pay them the rest of their outstanding wages
