On January 3, 2023, The Liberian Administration requested both the Shipowner and P&I club for their action to resolve the abandonment case.

On January 4, 2022, The Shipowner informed the Administration that the vessel is under arrest in Australia due to commercial disputes. The vessel is in the care of the Admiralty Marshal, who is responsible for maintaining the crew and vessel. The tender bids for the purchase of the vessel are to close on February 10, 2023, with the vessel's sale to be completed before February 20, 2023. The Marshal has paid the crew December wages and repatriated 19 crew members to Manila. The Marshal will maintain the vessel and the remaining crew while the vessel remains under arrest and in her custody.
