| Circunstancias: | Vessel entered Maltese waters 29 September 2013, and now is under arrest. Crews are unpaid since May 2013. Repatriation was refused in July 2013 due to the lack of funds by the vessel owner. From June, Captain used cash on board for supplies, but, when this ran out, bunkers, water and provisions were provided by Maltese authroties. Now, those were supplied by mortgage bank who has requested judicial sale of the vessel. Crews are under extreme stress and 4 of all were repatriated due to medical emergency. |
