Circunstancias: | The crew have not been paid for 6months, no food, no fresh water, and provisions on board, risk of imminent blackout and failure to provide medical assistance. The company has recently sold two ships. The vessel is under arrest by port authorities. Similar problems with previous crew but they were repatriated in June. No response from flag State in spite of numerous reports. |

Dear all, this is to tell you that today, and in a rally against time, with crossed calls,,we have managed a first steptowards a good settlement of the crew claims on baord of the seahonest. It isstill not defiitive cause I have 5 crew who has different criteria, but it is a good sep forward.As follows:
1- 01 Ab has been paid all his wages and as a ocunter part, he stays on board.The captain has already left and was paid 6000 USd.
2-08 crew accepted the company to pay them all untill 15 january. and repatriate them.
3- 05 crew, are still defending to be paid untill 08th february and am working on it with the owner.
I wish i can give a definitive settlement info very soon, best regards M.

Dear colleagues
I can confirm now that the payments have been done to the seahonest crew on a very positive basis for the interest of the sefarers sranded and banaodnned there for more than 07 months , as all you knw, in a very difficult and infrahuman situation. The settlementachieved and consumed/excecuted and confirmed is as follows:
1- 08 crew are paid in full till 15 janary, and will be repatriated next sunday to their home.
2-02 crew are paid in full till 31st january, and wants to stay on baord(the company pays in full for the ones who want to stay on board).
3- Master who disembarked was paid 6000 usd and will meet the company at our request, this fiorday, to agree terms for a final settlement. am in contact with him and the company for his final settlement.
4- At last, there is a pending setlement and on going negotiations for 5 crew, who claims to be paid untill 08th february. Negotiations are going on, and I hope to achieve a definitive settlement soon.I separated it from the rest, as it waa interferring and affcting the other advanced negotiations I was having for the rest.

Dear All I'm pleased to advise that we can consider the case of the Sea Honest resolved. Two crew members have come to an arrangement with the company and will stay on board. Five leave tonight and the rest have already been repatriated. Wages have been paid according to agreements with the crew.
