Autre After having a major engine breakdown in the vicinity of Acores, the vessel was arrested due to the the complaints made by creditor companies to the Authorities of Portugal. The complaints was due to the outstading debt by the vessel owner to NIVECO Co. The ship's crews are no longer on board, and, based on Article 17 of the Portuguese Law No: 202/98, the ship was transferred to the Portugal Authroties concerned.
