COMPLAINT CLOSED on February 7, 2018, as the Korea P&I Club
cancelled the outstanding wages to the crew and proceeded with the corresponding repatriations.

The last information we received was that the crew had received all their outstanding wages. We tried to verify this with the crew but they did not respond to us and we have subsequently had no further contact from them. The vessel is now Dead according to IHS Maritime.

Panama flag state has written to the owner, but seems to have received no reply. Insurance company was also informed. But unfortunately the vessel does not have a valid insurance.
