Commentaires et observations: | Gouv. de Philippines (9 juillet 2021) From Consul and Alternate Representative to the IMO the assistance to nationals officer of the Philippine Embassy in Tehran was contacted by Mr. Isidro Macuha, the Filipino seafarer in vessel SAEB. According to Mr. Macuha, he is in good condition and is in constant communication with his family in the Philippines. He lmentioned the late ration of food and 3 months worth of unpaid salary. He said he understands that the company lacks enough funds to send all seafarers to their home countries and is willing to wait for its advise concerning his repatriation. We shared the above information with our Labor Attache given that the matter of unpaid salaries and repatriation is involved. Home office had also been requested to contact the Philippine local manning agency, Royal Dynasty Maritime Serviecs Inc.
