Decision
1. The impugned decision is set aside. 2. The Agency shall pay the complainant interest for late payment at the rate of 8 per cent per annum on the amount of back pay which she received, for the period from 7 May 2009 to the date of the effective payment of that back pay. 3. It shall also pay her costs in the amount of 2,000 euros.
