- title:
- Integrate SCREAM Manual in the Pre - Service Teachers’ Training Curriculum The SCREAM manual is a valuable tool that has helped communities in the target sites to assist in preventing and withdrawing and later integrating children in school education system. It is cardinal that the manual should be integrated in the pre- service training curriculum. The integration of SCREAM manual in the national curriculum will enable cadre of future qualified teachers to understand their responsibility in tackling the issue of child labour and its prevention through education. It will place considerable responsibility on the teachers to fulfill their duties effectively and equip them with necessary skills to deal with at-risk and withdrawn children.
