- comments:
- The phase II programme, Advancing Decent Work and Includive Industrialization, not only involve MOLSA but also EIC and Ministry of Trade and Industry. In addition, the programme is involving the leadership and technical staff at the Federal and Regional levels so that there is ownership at all level.
- action_plan:
- Ensure involvement of the constituents at a national level, in any future project.

- title:
- A stronger ownership should be established at national level. The focus on regional and factory level might have been appropriate in the short-term, but without strong national social partners, it will be difficult to ensure sustainability and up scaling at the national level will be difficult to realise.
