- Rehabilitation is one of the three pillars of an EII system along with prevention and compensation. Based on the feasibility assessment, the ILO acknowledges that, much progress has been made on prevention compared to compensation or rehabilitation. The project focused on compensation as for the project, it would be beyond scope to improve the rehabilitation facilities existing in the country. With improved rehabilitation facility, EII system cannot commit for providing rehabilitation services to the workers.
