comments:
Further development, improvement and maintenance of the ESAP online platform contributes to increased effectiveness of tripartite and bipartite social dialogue. The ESAP online platform will facilitate Economic and Social Councils (ESCs) to implement more effectively and regularly a regional benchmarking performance process. It is also expected to maintain and strengthen communication among CEELex and Amicable Settlement Labour Dispute communities of practice. ESAP2 will build upon the existing ESAP platform established during the first phase of this project and improve it based on the International Training Centre of International Labour Organization (ITCILO) report “Assessing and reviewing ESAP Online Platform – Terms of Reference for Enhanced Communication and Facilitation”, October 14, 2019 and in agreement with the Regional Cooperation Council which is implementing a part of ESAP2 and uses ESAP online platform as well. The ITC recommendations for augmenting the potential of communities, expanding the number of communities and maintaining the database of resources and library will be addressed through improving communication with the expected audience (communities of practice and general public) and increasing the functionality and aesthetics of the design of the online platform.
