comments:
NMSP is ready to sign an agreement to end FL with the ILO, but it is the ILO internal politics that hampered this from happening. NMSP is a legitimate ceasefire party and in the legal fold. NMSP, as well as other EAOs are disappointed with the ILO NO action.
action_plan:
It has been in the ILO plan to sign the deed of commitment to end FL with NMSP (and all other EAOs), but the plan was stopped by the ILO management at HQs level.
management_response:
Partially Completed
progress:
No implementation

title:
The project has also provided a basis for the ILO to develop a relationship with the NMSP around reducing forced labour. However, as with other project results, results for this outcome have been limited in scope and size. Notably the NMSP has not yet signed any agreements on forced labour. Moving forward, the ILO should continue to encourage the NMSP to sign agreements on eliminating forced labour.
