The plan for preparing the environment for the long-term sustainability of the Baldia Arrangement includes a set of capacity building initiatives for SESSI (and its environment). The initiatives aim at enabling SESSI to receive the funds as the first priority (but with other options open). In addition to the legal changes, the initiatives aim to build capacity on financial transparency, information and data handling and IT systems -directly linked to the Baldia Arrangement - and on general improvement of the social security service and coverage
