- comments:
- The proposal will also include low levels of logistical, technical and contractual support to the PSU and nascent EIIP units in appropriate Ministries in order to mainstream the EIIP approach, and to support the recently started Government-led and Government-funded environmental cleaning campaign. Three Ministries already support this proposal.
- action_plan:
- The project intends on conducting an assessment of training needs within governmental and contractors, identify needs, incorporate them within the ToC as part of institutional capacitation and set indicators to measure them in the short, medium and longer term. When the M&E matrix is developed and the training needs identified, then we will then clearly define the evaluation strategy to use.

- title:
- The current training programme for government officials and contractors should be maintained but targeted to focus on areas of support that address the changes proposed in earlier recommendations. To complement the training programme, a “fit-for purpose” evaluation strategy should be developed and applied to assess longer-term impacts and changes as a result of support.
