- The ILO Department responsible for the allocation of RBSA resources should keep allocating budgets of about US$ 1 m per RBSA project to maintain the projects’ relevance in complex post-conflict settings. Less projects with higher funding are preferable to more projects with reduced budgets to ensure the relevance of investments.
