- Similarly, this equates RBSA not as a source of funds but seeks to projectize it further. In the case of DC project, the guidance sets for a 3% allocation for monitoring and 2% for evaluation. Depending on the size of the DC project, a dedicated staff allocation for monitoring may be included. Alternatively, monitoring is part of the job description of the project managers and/or national project coordinators. For DC project, depending on the agreement with the donors, periodic progress reporting is required.
For RBSA funding interventions, given that the resources are intended as one of funding contributions for a country programme outcome, monitoring is to be done by ILO staff responsible for the country programme delivery. For RBSA funding interventions, progress reporting is part of the programme implementation reporting of P&B.
