- title:
- (Addressed to EU) While working with UN agencies, EU should present the project as a joint commitment of all stakeholders and give more floor to national governments to contribute to the project. In addition, while working with G7 countries, EU need to explicitly state that it is not a technical assistance but a cooperation with the industrialized world, where they share common values. Then, they have a chance to create a positive change on policy level.
