- "a) A cross-Cutting Strategy has been developed for the cluster to promote active engagement of workers' and employers' organizations, achieving gender equality, and fostering inclusion which is indispensable element of driving change in the cluster. The Labour Administration and Working Conditions (LAWC) Cluster will mainstream gender issues in its programming to foster gender equality and create a more equitable and inclusive work environment in Bangladesh. Adopting a gender transformative approach, this strategy will leverage on ILO experience to support legal reforms to align labour laws with ILS, strengthen institutional capacity for gender-responsive labour market governance, create safe and inclusive workplaces, ensure maternity protection, empower women’s career development and leadership, promote data-driven policies, and advocate for the rights of vulnerable groups.
b) WRC Women Committee will be supported in formation of anti-harassment committee and strengthen committee’s activities for reducing violence and harassment at the world of work for at least 50 unionized enterprises from different sectors including revisiting the sustainability Strategy (2021-2026) of WRC."

- Recommendation 7.
a) In the new cluster on labour administration proposed to be implemented, ILO should ensure that a specific and separate non-discrimination analysis is conducted, with results that can serve as the basis for relevant strategies on both gender equality and disability themes– as both these should be mainstreamed in the cluster;
b) ILO should increase its efforts to highlight gender-based violence and support the WRC´s Women´s Committee.
