- . NCW is already partner of the ILO in several projects. We also have specific gender projects.
. The project is designed as a rural economy project adopting a value chain approach. The gender aspect has been mainstreamed throughout the activities of the project to reach out approximately 36% females of the total beneficiaries. Other ILO projects with clear objectives on women employment are coordinating centrally with the national council for women. The Gender Seal is a UNDP tool awarded to the private sector, unfortunately the ILO is not in a position to award it

• Explore linkages with the multi-year project funded by Canada with the Chamber of Food Industries (CFI) on women entrepreneurs (including a so-called Gender Seal).
• Explore possible linkages with the National Council for Women (NCW).
