This recommendation links with the previous recommendation (recommendation. 3) as it relates to the design of the theory of change for a new phase of TRIANGLE.
Empowerment of migrant workers is an important, cross-cutting part of TRIANGLE work and is for instance reflected in the gender budgeting (allocating at least 20% of TRIANGLE activity budget for activities especially designed to redress gender balance and disability inclusion) but also through MRC work etc. TRIANGLE management note the recommendation that the empowerment aspect of our work should be better reflected in the theory of change.
