Commencement of a (new) job (R) and (S);

Failure to contact the agency, if the job-seeker has not come to confirm his/her registration (R) and (S);

End of entitlement to receive unemployment compensation, for workers temporarily laid off (R) and (S).

6.Definition of unemployed persons used for the statistics

Persons without work, immediately available to start work, and who are actively seeking work.

Workers temporarily laid off by a company benefiting from preferential treatment according to "salary integration" and which cannot guarantee the re-employment of the workers. These workers must have at least 12 months of service, six months of which actually worked. They receive for the period which is defined by law an indemnity for being temporarily laid off.

Statistics from the registers are not used to obtain unemployment rates.
